Giles is one of the original partners that created Midwest Financial Services, LLC in 2001 and has been with the CFD companies since 2004. 

He has two sons, Jordan and Xander, and his wife, Marianne, works in the office with him.  He and his family are involved in several organizations in Peru such as the United Way of Miami County, Miami County Chamber of Commerce and St. Charles Church.
